Our customer was looking to upgrade to an electric system and chose Mitsubishi, We installed both ducted & ductless units, as well as a new Hot Water Heater which runs off of the heat pump as well!
We installed a new central AC system in this home. We used Mitsubishi condensers and paired them with a combination of floor mounted and wall mounted ductless air handlers. We also integrated the customer's traditional furnace into the system to use as a back up in case of an emergency. This project qualified for a clean heat rebate from Con Ed which saved the customer thousands of dollars!
We installed two Mitsubishi Hyper Heat Condensers. We paired one with ductless mini split air handlers and we paired the other one with a ducted air handler. We also removed the customer's old oil boiler and installed an energy efficient heat pump hot water heater. This project was eligible for a Con Ed clean heat rebate and the customer was able to save thousands of dollars.
